I have never received a returned phone call in 17 years dealing with this company. My parents have been dealing with them for over 40 years, and also get the same treatment.
They obviously don't need the business, if this is how they treat their clients.
If you do get to contact them, they are quite good, the only reason they aren't getting an avoid rating. |

It is important to stress that this firm of Thieves removed their fees from the second last stage payment of the Douglas sale. What they did with the final stage of the Pat Barry sale is anyone's guess. Some time ago I had a case to take and being entitled to free legal aid I was nominated Casey & Co to represent me. Each time an appointment was made to meet me when I turned up at the office, I was told he was not available or no record was there of my having an appointment. However I had written proof every time of the appointments apologising for previous one being cancelled and they attempted to deny sending such letters until I challenged them that either it was their stationery or not!!! Information given to Casey was passed to the gardai in Ennis and came up as part of the case and when I personally objected in court Casey told me to shut up (his exact words)!!! I advised the judge the information the gardai were using was info I had given in strictest confidence to Casey but I was dismissed. I lost my case because of his total dishonesty. He even sent me a bill invoicing me for his services and when I rang him in front of another solicitor advising him that he was on the free legal aid he denied it despite his name being on the list issued by the Courts Service. I reported him to the Law Society who advised me to pay the bill or action would be issued. I have not nor will I pay the bill. I also avoid him because he is a member of Opus Dei and has been underhand in church dealings also by delaying transfer of property deeds, etc. And of course he has the blessing of the bishop and the protection of the gardai and other corrupt officers of the courts. |

This site is a joke, this firm has been rated approximately 37 times and it appears that Mr. Gill has contributed 21 times to those ratings. Is there any administrator on this site or is Mr. Gill involved in the administration. Other ratings sites have a practice where this type of information goes into forum pages. This site is totally unhelpful to someone wanting to select a solicitor as from the example here it just highlights that an unhappy client can complain 27 times over the best part of three years. Are you printing the positive ratings as much as the negative ones? |
