On the recommendation of a friend, I entrusted the sale of my business premises to him in late October 07. All I can say is that he provided a first class service, explained the legal process clearly, gave me a time schedule to completion which he stuck to and charged no more than he quoted. He kept me informed of the process the whole way through. I found him polite, courteous and professional. My daughter bought her first home recently and I sent her to Paul for the legal work.
