Great solicitor to start off. Goes downhill very fast. Very slow to get the jobs done. Had a number of dealings with this firm. All went south. I would not recommend to a monkey. |

Full of excuses, doesn't do any of the work he is paid for, has no fear of the Law Society. Does not return phone calls. Does not reply to letters, legal or otherwise. A joke all round. Just wants your money up front. |

An excellent solicitor, Mr. Bourke is very thorough in my opinion. It takes time to establish facts and understand where people are coming from and that is not done overnight. A very good judge of character and will not be fooled by anyone. |

This man reminds me of the Smurfs. No, Michael is a smurf, smurfing this, smurfing that and smurfing about everywhere. At the end of the day of smurfing he has smurfed nothing. The staff do try their smurfing best, however with this Smurf at the wheel they are smurfed. Papa Smurf will not be Happy. |

Hey Mairéad, I think you got the wrong guy! "An excellent solicitor, Mr. Bourke is very thorough in my opinion. Mr. Bourke may be an excellent solicitor, this wally is not a very thorough solicitor in my opinion. He takes his time to establish facts and understand where people are coming from, then loses your files! Honest and hard working when taking your money. A very poor judge of character and will be easily taken in by another wally. Bottom line... would I go back? Definitely NO. |

Quality of service was dreadful! Appalling RUDE. Quality of advice was appalling. Slow delivery of legal papers. Was immensely late. Very, very dreadful solicitor. Disgusted. Would not use again. Have never used anyone so disheartening. |

I found Michael a great solicitor to start off with, very helpful and obliging, promised me the moon and the stars. However I caught him out on a couple of lies. At first I put it down to office errors or misunderstandings. As time went on there were more lies, work not completed and very bad communication. Became very slow to get the jobs done. Even said money was owed on work done for me. When he looked at his own files the work had being paid for, but the work had not been completed. Not a man I would trust now. I am sorry but I have to rate you as Avoid! |
