Will B. Dunn |
Very slow at estate administration. Can take decades by which time it is very unclear where your assets have gone or even what you started with. |

Solicitors that are not exclusively lawyers are best avoided. They should not be shareholders in their client's companies. It causes conflicts of interest. |

The apprentices are extremely professional, hardworking and care deeply about their client's interests. You want something done, look no further |

Teresa |
The apprentices are beaten down and treated like dogs - they deserve a break, it's run like a dictatorship. |

The apprentices are yes- because they're overworked and treated like slaves! |

If anyone out there knows of any shared business interests between this firm (i.e. Walter Beatty, Christopher Beatty, Peter Maguire), and Liam (William) Carroll of Zoe Developments, Danninger, and a host of other companies, please respond to the post in the forum. They were involved in a number of property transactions in the early 90s.
Thanks. |

This firm uses apprentices to do the work. No care or professionalism. Entered client documents into court record for the other side to read! Huge fees and no real result. Arrogant, bullying and expensive. Be warned! |

|
Expensive, fee fishing, did not cover the facts, made matters worse with the language they used in court papers, used a litigation barrister with limited family law experience, gave too much away once negotiations started. |

This firm recently paid an undisclosed amount to settle a multi million euro lawsuit in which they were defendants. They allowed a third party to borrow a large amount of money from a trust fund. The money was never returned. The beneficiaries of the trust were minors at the time it was borrowed. |

Dismissive, rude, with a typical "Benign Despot" attitude. Proper important preraration neglected, particularly with respect to understand "Product Paylines" and how the terms and conditions alterations affect personal guarantees. |

This firm dealt with my mother's estate and I have now moved all my business to them. They give a friendly, efficient and commercial service. |

Is the young pretender Frank Beatty Barrister connected to this firm? If so, you would not need a master class in observation to see this man's character. Avoid |

Unfortunately a current client |
All they care about is money in this company not the client or their best interests. Now Alison Woolahon, the only person who took the time to listen has gone too and I cannot find out where to. If anyone knows how I could contact her please reply to this posting. |

Over-charging and arrogant. They treat their staff very badly. The amount of staff they have had on their books through the years is shocking- because nobody wants to work there! None of the secretarial agencies recommend them! Over the last 4 years 3 partners have left this firm!! |

If anyone is considering going to this fee-fishing place regarding family law matters, I would not recommend them. Any decent staff that was there has left and the place is a joke. |

The Temp |
Calling all TEMPS - do not go near the litigation department in this firm. The partner is not THAT bad but boy god, does his condescending secretary make up for it... Steer clear - far easier ways of earning a wage. |

If anyone can assist, I'm trying to track down the company Alison Wolohan has gone to since she left Vincent & Beatty last month. I have asked for her contact details and they won't give them out. I've also tried the Law Directory but to no avail. I think she is one of the rare solicitors that actually listens and has a practical approach which I as a client can benefit from. Thanking you in anticipation. |

Walter Beatty looked the part years ago. He is now an old conniving crook and best avoided at all costs. He is a bully and is well connected around Dublin 2. However his inevitable retribution is on its way. |

Aren't all solicitor firms only in it for the money? Haven't you guys got something better to do with your time? Yes he is well connected.. Business = Conniving b******s trying to **** each other over. If you're not like that, you'll never get anywhere... Family Rating - Top Class ***** |

I assume Ms Delaney is still working in the commercial department? sat on other side of a client meeting where she appeared pleasant but as soon as clients left, the real character came out. Staggeringly two faced and money driven! |

Where do I start. I worked here for a month on work experience from a course I was doing at the time. I dreaded every minute I worked there. The staff except for one girl was friendly but the rest were the rudest stuck up biacthes I ever had the unfortunate pleasure of meeting. AVOID AVOID AVOID unless you want to go to work drunk or on valium to get through your day, and the upshot is WHO'D NOTICE!! |
