Would you mind confirming whether the initials Dr. H.C. are applicable in this matter?

Also, would you consider a complaint to the Medical Council?

Solicitors and the legal fraternity are highly educated people. They talk to each other in secret. They are all buddies. The Law Society are themselves solicitors. Many Irish politicians are solicitors and barristers. I do not trust any of them, and I do not trust the Medical Council.

You will find it very difficult, if not impossible to secure the services of any solicitor who will be prepared to act for you and pursue any professional colleague of theirs.

Like you, I have had the frustrating experiences of many solicitors letting me down, and failing to carry out my legitimate instructions.

Unless you were to educate yourself in law matters, and get help from competent lay litigants, I believe that you will lose a lot of money, and fail in your efforts to gain any proper justice and closure.

You can name your solicitor on the Rate Your Solicitor site, tell your story, say what he has done and tell the truth. You may use a pseudonym instead of your own. What you say will be seen by hundreds of people in Ireland, and thousands more all over the world.

Many unscrupulous solicitors have been named and exposed on this site. As more solicitors and their colleagues are exposed for their wrongdoings, the day comes closer when these people will be challenged, and the system will be changed.

I look forward to the day when all people will benefit from a fair and properly run Irish legal system.

This is a country where doctors butcher patients for years in full view of their colleagues. Where lying, tax dodging solicitors can cook accounts without obtaining anything in the way of true repudiation... While one can examine the facts in your complaint and agree with you that this is a case of misconduct, the chances of obtaining an effective and just ruling in line with our understanding are nil.

I assume that your complaint arises in a family law case. I believe you love your children and I hope you have plenty of access to them!! If so, teach them to seek out the means to obliterate the structures that permit MALIGNANT elitism to harm people with impunity.

The problem of defective regulation cannot be resolved by structures that admit the dishonesty and liabilities of current practice. That dishonesty is essentially a refusal to accommodate a process that distributes power fairly and transparently for the common good. In truth, was it not the compassion shown to Dr. Neary by his colleagues that ruined his career?
