13th of Dec, 2007 M Finnegan Something must have happened on the 29th October 2007, 'cos up until then I never heard of this guy - unless all these entries are from the same person.
3rd of Dec, 2007 Sean One dangerous person, laughs at his clients misfortunes and adds insult with his fraudulent fees. I only hope there is a heaven and hell 'cause we know where this gangster is going.
3rd of Jan, 2008 Sean Got his fingers caught in his clients TILL, sore one Adrian.
2nd of Feb, 2008 Unhappy customer Make sure that any barristers fees being charged by Mr O'Doherty on behalf of them actually goes to them, it's not beyond this man to put in barristers fees, engineers fees and medical fees etc. to be fraudulent, kept by Mr O'Doherty and which fees may not even exist, it's so easy for these crooks to pull any figure from thin air.
22nd of Oct, 2008 Hector Crosbie and Graham Auctioneers, you are in for a shock with this crook. He will destroy you with incompetence, never mind the astronomical bill he will give you when he fails to win your case.
1st of Feb, 2008 fk Hateful solicitor, however he has lovely office staff.
8th of Feb, 2008 Mary Lost some good staff over the years, anyway one man's loss is another man's gain. Hard to work for.
20th of Dec, 2007 Victim of A O'Doherty WARNING: Anybody foolish enough to be contemplating using the services of Mr O'Doherty, my advice is 1. Run a million miles from this ROGUE. IF NOT, 2. Demand a SECTION 68 in writing before employing his services. A SECTION 68 FORM is a legally binding form which should give you a reasonably close estimate of his potential costs and duration of time proceedings should take. You are entitled to demand this agreement even though solicitors will deny this. If O'Doherty refuses this right, you should walk away and try another solicitor who will, THESE ARE YOUR BASIC RIGHTS AS A CONSUMER. I would not like anybody else to suffer what O'DOHERTY put us through as former clients of his. AGAIN, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, WE HADN'T THAT PRIVILEGE.
7th of Oct, 2008 Lesley Peter, I know the man who is involved in this suing case involving this criminal O'Doherty. He is a lay litigant and a professional paralegal. O'Doherty will not have any chance with him. Adrian you are doomed and it is about time.
13th of Jan, 2008 Homer This firm was well overcharging me for a very simple procedure until I confronted them. They apologised and said that they accidentally double-charged me and amended the bill accordingly, however since then I have heard that I was not the first of their clients this has happened to, and my personal belief is that this was being done deliberately until I confronted their huge bill.
9th of Dec, 2007 J M Dealt with Adrian, found his advice misleading, sketchy and frequently contradicting. Makes simple cases complicated so as to draw a case out and charge frightening fees, nearly bankrupting me. Would not deal with him or his firm again.
9th of Dec, 2007 Unfortunate former client How this thug can stand up in front of a court and claim to represent Irish law beggars belief, this thug is a thousand times more the crook than most of the people he claims to represent, he is the same crook only he wears a white collar. If it was a just country this thug would be in jail.
16th of Dec, 2007 PP Reply to comments dated 13/12/07, we never heard of the two solicitors Lynn and Byrne till recently either, any chance of Adrian O'Doherty doing a runner to Brazil like Mr Lynn?
9th of Oct, 2008 Revenue Dept I heard this man stole money from a house claim on a family in Tyholland.
24th of Dec, 2007 DB This person tried something similar as mentioned above, got a man to fit a new kitchen into the solicitor's house, the man whipped out the old kitchen and fitted in the new one. Mr O'Doherty claimed he was unhappy with the new kitchen and that he wasn't paying for it, he then told my friend to take out the new kitchen and put back his old one, knowing full well the old one was in pieces, this solicitor never paid for the kitchen.
17th of Nov, 2007 Local This crook along with another crook on the same road are famously known among the other town solicitors in Monaghan as the North Road couple.
29th of Nov, 2007 Another unhappy customer To first unhappy customer, you must've accidentally put three stars on Mr O'Doherty's rating, people will think it's Mr O'Doherty, or Sergeant Bilko as someone called him, spying on this website and rating himself. O'Doherty wouldn't be so sick, would he. Just to recap: 3 stars, good solicitor, Avoid is cr*p solicitor.
6th of Dec, 2007 Wheeler dealer CAR DEALERS BEWARE, watch out for this man. If he or any close relations come looking to buy a motor from you, he will ridicule the car to justify not having to pay for it, threatening litigation. As mentioned above this guy abuses his position as solicitor to bully and intimidate people for his financial good. He likes to charge a fortune for his own services and wants to pay for nothing.
6th of Dec, 2007 Observer Make sure you get a cost in writing from this man before you employ his services. BE WARNED
3rd of Dec, 2007 Ballybay citizen This fool thought he could bring some of his neighbours down to their local pub, get them drunk and get them to sign over some of their land so that he could get a right of way onto his own land. How stupid do you think Ballybay people are? Anyway, they want to thank you for the free night out.
16th of Dec, 2007 a n other I thought Mr O'Doherty would be too busy having to close on Wednesday, faking his costings and all that to have time to be reading this website.
27th of Nov, 2007 Unhappy Consumer So, to get out of paying all he does is ridicule work and threaten litigation. I want him.
23rd of Nov, 2007 Tradesman Warning to other tradesmen, be careful when this person acquires you to do some work for him, he will ridicule your work and threaten you with litigation to get out of paying what you are owed. WARNING.
16th of Nov, 2007 Sean He is simply a blackguard who thinks he is above everybody. He let us down with simply not doing any research and was extremely slow in our dealings, or simply had not a clue!! If you want to be overcharged and little done, use this solicitor. Would not touch him with a barge pole. He reminds me of the gangster on television "Bilko".
16th of Dec, 2007 local How well did Adrian look on the front page of the Standard last night, and what beautiful sentiments. It's just a pity he hadn't a Garda either side of him and handcuffed to both, ready to be led to the Joy.
29th of Oct, 2007 unfortunate former client What a horrid excuse for a human being I ever had the misfortune of encountering. A total callous fraudster who will shaft his own clients and their case if it is more financially benefitting to him. He thinks his clients are below his intellect and so treats them accordingly. I can't warn Monaghan town folk enough to keep away from this common thug who is in a privileged position and so uses this to the maximum. Please please please avoid this scumball.
31st of Jan, 2008 local Adrian O'Doherty in an arrogant intimidating and compulsive liar who wouldn't be so cocky outside the remits of his version of the Law.
9th of Jan, 2008 Kevin Thank you to the people that set up this website, the untouchable can now be touched. I would say this website sickens you O'Doherty, BEING EXPOSED TO THE MONAGHAN PEOPLE. How does it feel getting a taste of your own medicine?
28th of Jan, 2008 Peter Forgets his own lies and tries to cover them up with more lies. Adrian you have to be a genius to be a good liar and you fall well short of the genius criterion.
23rd of Jan, 2008 Senior Council I know this man and his method of abuse towards Law and his clients, this man does not represent Irish Law and the vast majority of us hold the highest of standards.
9th of Jan, 2008 F O B I couldn't believe how low this boy could stoop on his own clients till I was shown it for myself, shocked.
17th of Jan, 2008 Dessie Both Macklin and O'Doherty have been suffering from "clientis fraudulitis" for a long time now, it's not Peters Lake to blame, but ignorance and arrogance on both these North Road cowboys behalf.
16th of Jan, 2008 Gerry T There must be toxic fumes coming off Peters Lake and making their way through the doors of the solicitors offices on the North Road, because these solicitors seem to have caught a bad dose of CLIENTIS FRAUDULITIS, which is not as prevalent elsewhere.
31st of Jan, 2008 William This crook lost my case deliberately, didn't even open his mouth in court, I think he conspired with the opposition in losing my case, and his costs were extortionate. CROOK.
25th of Jan, 2008 Micheal Overcharged and nothing done, Mr O'Doherty is a waste of time.
5th of Feb, 2008 Bart Adrian O'Doherty preys and targets vulnerable clients who enter his establishment for help and legal advice, however people most at risk are working and social class, the elderly or intellectually impaired. People with few contacts, rather it be through family legal or political are most vulnerable to his fraudulent tactics. O'Doherty is aware that he is protected by the same legal body to which he pays a large annual fee, i.e. THE LAW SOCIETY. Is it not a conflict of interest that the same body that he pays into is the same people a client has to go to with a complaint about their solicitor? One would nearly believe that this fee is protection money.
25th of Feb, 2008 H T Got Adrian for my divorce, he was shockingly exspensive compared to prices some colleagues of mine were charged by other solicitors around town. I should have priced other solicitors before employing the services of Adrian. Was unhappy with my divorce settlement as well.
3rd of Feb, 2008 H T Have been in dispute with this guy for ages now with his overcharging, it wouldn't be so bad if he had even won my case.
3rd of Feb, 2008 ME Curious standard reader, how much money did you make out of the case with the child injured in Dunnes Stores, I bet you it was a lot more than the child that got injured. One thing for sure, the child's parents will never know the true fees.
13th of Feb, 2008 sean The best advice you will ever get, and its free, avoid Adrian o Doherty at all costs.
28th of Feb, 2008 K Mc K Very expensive, slow, didn't seem to know much about law, went to another firm on Hill St, sorted my problem out in a couple of weeks.
13th of Mar, 2008 JJ Adrian is nothing better than an overcharging compulsive liar who treats his clients like dirt.
2nd of Jul, 2008 Alex He had a couple of good honest solicitors working for him a numbers of years ago, one a brilliant woman solicitor, unfortunately she only lasted three months and had to be escorted out the door by Adrian. Thankfully she went on to greater things and built up the reputation she deserves in Monaghan as a good honest solicitor, one that can be trusted.
20th of Apr, 2008 Paul Simply would not use this solicitors firm again.
30th of Jun, 2008 Liz I know this man, he is just blinded by GREED, maybe that's why he needs glasses.
28th of Jun, 2008 Local Councillor Did you see Mr Adrian O'Doherty in the Standard on Thursday 26 June at the Monaghan Law Society branch, and with his arm around Mr MacGuill, President of the Law Society. See he needs his protection to cover up his attempted extortion and fraud of former clients of his - a young couple from Glaslough whose home is experiencing severe foundation failure since 1999 and then went to Mr O'Doherty for help. It has also been brought to my attention that the architect involved along with the couple have both made complaints to the Law Society, so that is both plaintiffs and defendent making complaints about subsequent solicitors. A case that was a straightforward litigation claim has been exploited by solicitors for their own financial gain and the fingers up to their clients.
26th of Apr, 2008 Emy Man This man along with another relative were responsible for putting a family construction business based in Emyvale out of business, again blaming the builder of doing a shabby job so that his relative did not have to pay. This story seems to replicate some of the concerns noted above.
19th of Mar, 2008 Paul Absolutely shameless, lost me the sale of my house and tried to blame me and my partner for the deal falling through, would not recommend.
19th of Mar, 2008 Sinead The only reason this man is a solicitor is that he came from a legal and privileged background, and what I recall from our days at school, he most certainly was not the brightest spark in the classroom - money talks.
3rd of Jun, 2008 Golfer A health warning should be put across the front door of this solicitor's office. "Enter at your peril" would be appropriate.
26th of Jul, 2008 Margaret UTMOST GOOD FAITH: in general, a term used to refer to conduct which is to be expected in any other commercial transaction, that is, all parties to a transaction are expected to have honest motives, to fully intend to perform their obligations under the terms set forth in the relationship (solicitor/client) and to abstain from DEFRAUDING or taking an unfair advantage of your client. You should study this legal term, it seems to have slipped this solicitor's mind.
8th of Aug, 2008 Liam Has absolutely no loyalty to his clients and no respect for the Law.
11th of Aug, 2008 Terry Totally callous solicitor and proud of it.
13th of Aug, 2008 Hugh Poor solicitor, very expensive.
13th of Sep, 2008 J Mc The biggest mistake I ever made in life was to walk through that yellow door of Adrian O'Doherty's looking for help and advice. I strongly advise Monaghan people to AVOID AVOID AVOID.
3rd of Oct, 2008 Peter This is the rogue who is attempting to cover the fraudulent sale of land by an auctioneer in Cavan which will be exposed in the National Media soon. He should be jailed for his continuous corrupt practice.
31st of Oct, 2008 Nigel I have it from a good source that Adrian O'Doherty was the solicitor who was representing the Finegan family that had the trouble with their foundation, as published in the Monaghan Post on Thursday 23rd of October, and that he has put in a legal fee of 140,000 euros. Considering the architect that made the error put his hand up at the beginning of proceedings and put up no defence, it still took O'Doherty 7 years to get his clients the Finegans to the High Court. It's not hard to know who benefitted from this long drawn out case...
25th of Oct, 2008 GH If the Law Society complaints dept did the job they are supposed to do there would be no need for a site like this web site RATE YOUR SOLICITOR.
25th of Oct, 2008 C.J. My father socialised with Mr. O'Doherty for over thirty years and counted him a friend. Didn't stop him screwing my father for everything he could get - sued him for a 'botch job', took years to chase down monies owed to my dad and then took it all in fees, and charged almost a grand just to hand over dad's will (itemised bill included charges for us phoning twice to see if it was ready for collection) - wasn't pleased when we decided to go for probate ourselves.
28th of Oct, 2008 John Congratulations to the Monaghan Post for highlighting that family's story last Thursday.
8th of Nov, 2008 John Gill For the people of Monaghan, I have received a copy of the front pages of the Monaghan Post and an invitation to hold peaceful protests outside the offices of a number of solicitors firms to shame and expose their corrupt conduct. If the answer is yes, we will go there, weather permitting.
10th of Nov, 2008 orla the most untrustworthy person i have ever met.
11th of Nov, 2008 john justice johnson in the HIGH COURT in todays paper 11/11/08,on the same day we remember so many irish who fought and died in a foreign country for what the taught would be for a better Ireland,QUOTE,DISHONESTY BY SOLICITORS HAS GOT TO STOP.IT IS NOT TO BE TOLERATED.:MISLEADING SOLICITORS IS THE WRONG WORDS,LIES IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKINN FOR.
12th of Nov, 2008 paul Nothing surprises me when Adrian is involved
17th of Nov, 2008 entry 25/10/08 u can only imagine what this boy is capable of doing, when one rips off a friend of 30 years in life and his family in death.
23rd of Dec, 2009 slow and expensive
9th of Dec, 2008 Keith I'm not surprised with this gangster. Tried to charge me 110,000 fee but when I checked with other solicitor it was only 18,000. A right crook. Why don't the law society strike this crook off the list. Why don't all the people who have suffered over this gangster write a letter of complaint to the law society. He should be allowed to continue in business.
29th of Nov, 2008 Liam This is the lout who is colluding on cases with the County Registrar of Cavan. Both he and the registrar should be removed from their positions. But of course this country thrives on corruption and always did.
9th of Dec, 2008 A bad and evil money pincher. Would sell his mother for a few bob. Stole my farm from me and now I am in the process of fighting to get it back
20th of Dec, 2008 Give this man enough rope and his arrogance and greed for money will do the rest, god love that person who lost his farm to this man,its going to be an uphill battle to get it back from that crook,if only it was a level playing field, you cant go to the law society and no other solicitor will come to your aid when its comes to another solicitor involved ,basically your fu_ked.
20th of Dec, 2008 to keith 9/12/08 write to the Law Society all you want, you might as well write to Santa Clause.
24th of Dec, 2008 pete burns Adrian,happy christmas and a memerable 2009.
24th of Dec, 2008 shiela I hear Adrian o Doherty is sueing the Monagahan post newspaper for publishing the story on the Finnegan family in Glaslough, where their home developed cracks because the house was sinking.Adrian was to represent the family in there case but ending up trying to rip them off to the tune of 140.000 euros. So much for free speech.
14th of Jan, 2009 paul simple advice ,AVOID
20th of Jan, 2009 ciaran Utter contempt towards his clients, only interested in screwing them for fees, winning there case is trivial
17th of Jan, 2009 businessman Very expensive and slow firm to deal with.
3rd of Feb, 2009 fk If you meet Adrian on the street, dont say HELLO to him,he'll probley send you a bill for it.
22nd of Jan, 2009 pal Granted Adrians expensive,he done a reasonable job for me,you get what you pay for.
21st of Jan, 2009 Peter Serious criminal but the good news is that his day of judgment is imminent.
31st of Jan, 2009 stephen misleading,disinterested,expensive,arrogant,two-faced,will i go on.avoid.
6th of Feb, 2009 john Easily one of the top ten solicitors in this country,a man dedicated to his profession and the clients he serves.an upstanding man ,an a pillar to his community. If only every professional had the same integrity as our Adrian, this country wouldnt be in this situation we are facing today,a total legal eagle.
1st of Mar, 2009 quote of the day An irish aristocrat once said:The vices of the rich and the great are mistaken for error;and those of the poor and lowly, for crime.Never a truer word was said.Look at the mess these solicitors/developers have caused us now.
12th of Apr, 2009 to bw 20/3/09,if i where you i would check and see if that bill is statued barred at this stage.
9th of Mar, 2009 bw got a bill recently from 2001!!!! nearly killed me2pay it then, now he's looking paid again... rogue.
24th of Mar, 2009 henry If you are having trouble with this solicitor,i would suggest you contact john gill of the VICTIMS OF THE LEGAL PROFESSION, he will put manners on this rogue solicitor by holding a peaceful demonstation outside the rogue solicitors office.Monaghan's a small town, shame him that way.
26th of Mar, 2009 to pat 20/03/09 Pat,what world are you living in.?a solicitor put behind bars in Ireland, who in Ireland is going to put them behind bars for you ?????
18th of Mar, 2009 had dealings unsavoury character
20th of Mar, 2009 Pat Whelan This man robbed me of 120,000 and is still not behind bars.
5th of Apr, 2009 MLK Be wary of this solicitor when giving you so called legal advice,if going through litigation , he will keep entering countless motions into court on your so called advice ,pressurising you with there nessessity, motions which are unnessessary and which form part of his plans to prolong your case and justify his extortionate fees.
13th of May, 2009 martin monghan He does be laughting at the poor people in court and they be laughting at his bald shiny head. He called our boy a gypo outside court.
15th of Jun, 2009 ken barlow i know a person who went to adrian o doherty with a personel injury claim and was awarded 27000 euros plus legal costs, but by the time this person had got there monies ,adrian o doherty had taken another 15,000 euros from the claim leaving just 12,000,this solicitor was already well paid for his work.is this not illegal.
30th of May, 2009 theresa Can be found wandering the corridors of monaghan nursing homes with relatives of vunerable residents, altering their last wills and testiments, when clearly these people are not in the right frame of mind.
11th of Jun, 2009 A nasty piece of work.
7th of Jul, 2009 c/b lovely office staff, cant say the same for adrian
23rd of Jul, 2009 reilly & o reilly This solicitor is plying his rough trade around the cavan area, would you monaghan people please keep your own trash in your own county.Thank you.
5th of Aug, 2009 David god love you peadar ryan if you think that writing to the law society will help your cause, even if you get everyone in county monaghan to sign a partition.Do you not know yet solicitors are untouchable.
6th of Aug, 2009 fk a barrister once told me that 50% of solicitors in ireland are corrupt, and that the other 50% turn a blind eye to there colleges corruption.
29th of Jul, 2009 michael If you have a retail business based on mutual trust than avoid this man like the plague, as he will leave you mistrusting everyone. under no circumstances let goods leave the premises without the money.
29th of Jul, 2009 Peadar Ryan Adrain O'Doherty is acutely corrupt and colluding with County Registrars in Cavan and Monaghan to attempt to win some cases. I've just heard that he got his come uppins at Cavan circuit court before justice O'Hagan in an attempt to rob a man of a large sum of money. Agree with Pat Whelan he should be behind bars. I have no doubt that his day will come. Would everyone here please sign a petition for the Law Society concerning this gangster.
29th of Aug, 2009 kt When you deal with adrian once ,you"ll never go back.
3rd of Sep, 2009 supplier owes me a small fortune,as mention above ,get money of adrian before you give anything out.
26th of Sep, 2009 EMYMAN The most untrustworthy person i ever had the misfortune of dealing with ,stay well clear of this solicitor
31st of Oct, 2009 Gregory If i was Adrian o Doherty,i also would be driving a blacked out window 4x4 pick-up,and park as close to the office door as possible,so as to avoid the people i had done over.Look what happened his poor business neighbour Patrick with Gards parked across the street, looking on.
23rd of Sep, 2009 solo you dont become as rich as Adrian by doing an honest days work, like what the majority of the rest of us irish citizens have to do.
18th of Dec, 2009 tom Honor among thieves
5th of Oct, 2009 honestly adrian The Law society should call Adrian in and update him with a few refresher courses on,how to rip off a client in the 21st century, from what i read he still reverts to his usual old method, collaberating with so called opposing solicitors "you pluck one Turkey and i'll pluck the other.
3rd of Oct, 2009 SUE-ZIN When you survive Adrian once you tend not to return unless 'your into that sort o thing'.nudge nudge wink wink . Not expensive not a bit , just throw him a tenner when ya have it ,
8th of Oct, 2009 xxx The Law society should investigate this solicitor.
19th of Oct, 2009 Gimp How did so many of you Monaghan cretins learn to type and turn on a computer at once? Go back to the primordial soup you just crawled out of and concentrate on not shagging your cousins instead of slagging this guy.
21st of Oct, 2009 Tower Big day coming soon. Will keep you posted
21st of Oct, 2009 Trevor Just been told why this gangster drives a black pick up - can't be seen easily in the dark and ideal for lifting. Not only does this gangster lift from his poor unfortunate clients. Should be behind bars.
24th of Oct, 2009 Sammy this crook continues to involve himself in a corrupt case for his clients Crosbie and Graham Auctioneers where they have been caught in serious fraud in the sale of land. Next dates in court 27/10/09 and 3/11/09. Come along and meet the plaintiffs who are lay litigants
27th of Oct, 2009 anthony Mr wink wink, nudge nudge should be disbarred.
29th of Oct, 2009 Henekin wake up people, solicitors 'DONT DO TIME'
4th of Nov, 2009 the gimps side kick Don't worry sammy 27/10/09,by the time mr o'doherty is finished billing crosbie and graham auctioneers for his work, they will have nothing left out of there fraudulent land sale.hope this is some consolation.
8th of Nov, 2009 ugo Certainly consistant, only in an evil way.
17th of Nov, 2009 mm Went to this solicitor twice and was way overcharged both times, should have learned my lesson after the first bill.
20th of Dec, 2009 Dermot B. This guy did a good job for me, and his bill was OK. I can see he has at least one enemy though!
26th of Dec, 2009 John watch out with this firms with ragards your last will and testimony, make sure to keep a copy separate of this solicitors copy, especially if you have no immediate next of kin.

1st of Jan, 2010 new years wish That Adrian is the last of the O'Doherty's to practice whatever you call it in monaghan town and that their's not another generation to follow in his footsteps, god forbid.
12th of Jan, 2010 thomas k WORD of advice, IF Adrian takes more than TWO MOTIONS on your behalf during your proceedings, the are unnessessary.Trust me.
25th of Jan, 2010 conor to that review from jj,firstly this website is balanced and fair, the proof of this is that they have published your entry despite the fact that your comments about it are adverse, secondly why dont you give your own name , seeing as you object to others giving theirs, unless you are mr o doherty himself writing under a false name, how do you know whether the comments are true or not,mr o doherty as far as i know is a close colleague of one patrick macklin who is a proven crook and swindler apart from his "other" activities, macklin is now departing the scene under a cloud of shame and disgust by many, his association with mr o doherty speaks volumes, dont you think!
15th of Jan, 2010 jj as usual the crack pots are making adrian out to be something he is not. It must be great to sit at home and try and write rubbish under false names about this man. This web site is the pits, there are thaty many crack pots writing reviews, the truth has disappeared. Believe this : most of these comments are being written by the same sickos using different names
31st of Jan, 2010 Yuhoo Mislaid wills can be often found behind filing cabinets in Adrian office, especially when deceased elderly batchelors are involved.
2nd of Apr, 2010 WELL IN LAW OH NO, MC ENTEE O DOHERTY AND SON FOR MONAGHAN TOWN,PLEASE HAS MONAGHAN NOT SUFFERED ENOUGH,THATS IT I'M OFF.

27th of Mar, 2010 Just Me I had an accident about 6years ago and was hospitalised for a night. I used this solicitor for the case and About a year ago the hospital sent me an invoice looking for the money that should have been paid out of the fees. When i rang his office they said they were paid but only i looked into the situation the money would have went unpaid...
7th of Mar, 2010 f mc kenna This solicitor has got a terrible reputation, even among other solicitor.
16th of Mar, 2010 ---- I agree with those comments from jj 15/01/10,same 3 or 4 asshol-- repeating themselves week-in week-out,nothing better to do.
27th of Mar, 2010 Get a section 68 before engaging this firm, and if the wont provide you with it,get it in writing why the wont provide you with it.otherwise you will be in big trouble.
25th of Mar, 2010 inlaw v outlaw to 1/1/10 new years wish comment, sorry to inform you but there is another generation of o'dohertys coming through the legal system he is in Dublin being taught how to become as big a crook as his father. honestly now could you imagine him doing anything else other that following in his fathers footsteps and walking on everyone he meets
27th of Mar, 2010 celina mc yes this crook has another generation of crooks studying in Dublin, lets hope that the saying like father like son is not true
6th of Apr, 2010 roy Times are changing,i dont think Adrian and his sort will keep getting away with this sort of roguary and fraud forever.People are getting sick of it.
10th of Apr, 2010 first impressions just could not warm to adrian when i first met him, took my business elsewhere and from reading some of these comments my first impressions did not let me down.
10th of Apr, 2010 Law studies I think the term that comes to mind when one speaks of Adrian is 'BARRATRY.Look it up.
29th of Apr, 2010 How low a person will stoop to become wealthy,as long as you are enjoying it Adrian
24th of Apr, 2010 jimbo jones It will take more than a big fluffy beard and blacked out windows to cover your shame.
2nd of May, 2010 on the record The Finnegan family where never allowed the luxuary of standing before a judge to give his evaluation of how much damage the sustained ,thanks to Adrian o Doherty.when the architects solicitor offered the finnegans in dec 2004 ,5 years into the case after his client the architect admitted his error,317k the full cover minus his fees of 63k,the finnegan then asked there own family solicitor Adrian his fees, which turned out to be 140k,leaving the finnegans with a balance of 114k ,to knock ,pile, rebuild and alternative accommadation, and this all in the height of the boom time.the Finnegans had no other option but to proceed.however coming towards the court date in oct 2006,Adrian started to present the finnegans with further legal fees, with attachments of proceedings been taken against them[the insurance fund had been well MILKED at this stage ]and he wanted his clients to circume to his pressure and advice at this stage, that if they proceeded to court that the rest of the 317k would be eatten up.However when the architect got to hear what the Finnegans where been left with,he fired his solicitor and demanded that the balance 255k be paid to him and for him to pass on to the Finnegans, without o Doherty getting his greedy hands on it first. Both parties brought this carry on to the notice of both the Taxing masters office and the Law society complaints Dept which should have set alarm bells ringing, however the have not as yet recieved a proper saticefactory justification from them as why these proceedings took so long and cost so much, and how an insurance policy was allowed to be passed with both legal fees been deducted{if that turns out to be the case}however no honest judge would have allowed this bias policy,if these terms where brought to his attention.,the simple way of surmising this case is GREED,one has to be told that Adrian o Doherty never stepped foot in the Finnegans home in all this time.
28th of Apr, 2010 Peadar Ryan Operates as McEntee O'Doherty but only himself involved with a secretary. Very corrupt man and a cheat with his clients. Having read the Irish Daily Mail this week and the case of Martin Finnegan his client I am not surprised. This rogue milks every case, takes unnecessary steps, pays off county registrars and O'Hagan to have deals done. Big surprises coming his way.
28th of Apr, 2010 Liam Whelan Just read about this rogue in the Daily Mail this week, where his once again robbing his clients with massive costs. Why does the Law Society not do something about this lout.
18th of May, 2010 john your case is only as strong as the solicitor you engage,

28th of Apr, 2010 john I can identify with the experiences of the vast majority of these comments. How this 'Man'(who calls himself a solicitor) can be allowed to practice and behave in the manner he does, is beyond comprehension. I have all the evidence to prove just what a twisted individual he is, making work & drawing things out with the sole purpose of justifying his extorsionate fees.In my opinion, a gangster in a suit !
10th of May, 2010 tony c this gangster is nearly as bad as his north rd neighbour macklin, the two surprise surprise are good buddies, people power got macklin disbarrd , the same can be done for this clown also
