I see Ciaran Callan of Callan & Company Solicitors, Rathfarnham, Dublin 14 was in trouble for using 1.9 million from the firm's client account. This case came briefly before the President of the High Court, Mr Justice Richard Johnson this week. Has anyone on this site been affected? He tried to have the sitting in private but this request was rejected. |

Warning to anyone who used him when buying their homes. Do exactly what "worried" is doing, get on to your bank or building society immediately, this man is a liar if he ever told you he had passed title deeds to your bank.. he didn't! |

This guy was my solicitor for the purchase of my house a few years back. I always suspected that he was a little twisted, never returned calls, always away, tried to do me on the price - it increased 900 euro on the price we agreed! Will have to get on to bank to ensure Title Deeds are with them. |

Let Down |
Title deeds never registered, Law Society now to pay E2,000 we paid to him 3 years ago. A joke. |

Never paid my stamp duty, 2 years on, Law Society investigating his whole practice, title deeds never sent on. A thief, should be jailed along with the rest of the no goods in this country but will probably get away with it like the rich normally do. |
